RARE GRAPE VARIETAL RESOURCE

Bonamico is an Italian wine grape varietal that until recently was planted, in limited quantities, throughout Tuscany. Today the remaining vineyards are found for the most part in the province of Pisa, Tuscany. 

Bonamico has the potential to make medium bodied wines with good acidity levels and floral aromatics if allowed to ripen fully.
