RARE GRAPE VARIETAL RESOURCE

Sharing no relationship with Bombino Bianco, this varietal is grown mostly in Puglia making medium-bodied fragrant and rather atypical (for a southern Italian white) crisp wines. Traditionally a blending varietal it has a DOCG dedicated to it - Castel del Monte Bombino Nero DOCG.
