RARE GRAPE VARIETAL RESOURCE

Blanqueiron is a little-known, light-skinned wine grape variety grown around Nice in Provence, in the far southeast corner of France. It plays a minor blending role in the Bellet appellation. Wines containing Blanqueiron are extremely difficult to find outside their region of origin.
