Bianco d'Alessano, an Italian wine grape varietal, is grown in the Apulia region of southern Italy, where it is often blended and also used in the production of vermouth. Recently the grape has been planted in the Riverland wine region of South Australia where it is harvested later in the growing season with award winning results.
