RARE GRAPE VARIETAL RESOURCE

Unrelated to Barbera, this rare ancient varietal also originates from Piedmont, documented since the early 1800's.

Barbera Bianca is usually blended with other local grape varieties such as Timorasso, Favorita or Moscato. The medium-maturing, productive vine produces acidic white wines. Fresh and easygoing, not very alcoholic and delicately perfumed with white flowers aromas.
