Bakator Roz (Bakator Piros) RARE GRAPE pink

Considered a white grape but when it is fully ripe the color is more like red, just like the Pinot Gris. It’s origin is in Transylvania, Bihar state. It’s wine is very welcoming on the nose, with a lots of flowery notes and on the palate it is spiced with a long finish. It’s color depends on the skin contact, it can be almost like a light red. (Information sourced from János Tamás Ujvári and https://szentesipince.hu/)
