RARE GRAPE VARIETAL RESOURCE

Albaranzeuli bianco is said to be a very interesting white Italian varietal grown primarily in Sardinia. Albaranzeuli bianco is "virtually extinct" with only 75 hectares (185 acres) of the grape left in Sardinia according to a 2000 census. Most remaining plantings are blended with other Sardinian varietals in select IGT wines.

We have no record, yet, of any winery bottling this varietal unblended.
